Good alternative to BlueIris on non-Windows platforms. In active development and is available as a Docker image. Woo-hoo! Give it a try. I tested several solutions for Linux, and this one is the keeper.

Agent DVR supports remote access from anywhere with no port forwarding required.* Available languages include: English, Nederlands, Deutsch, Español, Française, Italiano, ??, ????, Português, ???????, Ceština and Polskie

*Remote access and some cloud based features are a subscription service (pricing) . This funds hosting, support and development.
