Grablo Spot

Grablo Spot is NVR software for the cameras you already have. It records IP cameras, NVRs (RTSP / ONVIF) and USB webcams on your own computer, detects the people and vehicles in the video, and turns each one into a card.

Every person your cameras capture is sorted into cards, so you browse who was there instead of scrubbing through footage.

What is Grablo Spot?

Grablo Spot is NVR software for the cameras you already have. It records IP cameras, NVRs (RTSP / ONVIF) and USB webcams on your own computer, detects the people and vehicles in the video, and turns each one into a card.

Instead of scrubbing through footage by time, you browse the people and vehicles that were actually there, and open a card to see their scenes from every camera in time order.

Features:

  • Automatic person and vehicle cards
  • Timeline across cameras
  • Search by appearance, face, text description, attributes, or license plate
  • Push notifications for registered faces, unknown faces, or specific vehicles
  • 24/7 or detection-only recording, kept 7 to 180 days
  • Video and analysis stay on your computer and are not uploaded to the cloud
  • Remote viewing from a phone or browser over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection, with no port forwarding or static IP

Every feature is free over a direct peer-to-peer connection, which works on most home and office routers, with no camera limit. Paid plans only add relay bandwidth for networks that block direct connections.
