Absolutely love this software! Honestly can't see myself using anything else for vector work.
The only tiny issue that drives me nuts is the export script—especially with SVGZ files. It always does something weird, even when I'm just exporting a basic square.

The problem is the price, but I think that is the best in the interface and functionalities
This is the definition of cumbersome which I didn't know until I tried Serif's Affinity Designer. For starters, automatic alignment is not a feature, certainly not in Adobe Designer because it sucks, Serif's is infinitely better at that too.
It is without a doubt immensely featured, it can warp, bend, apply perspectives, create 3D objects and so much sh*t that I wish Affinity could do. But what good is it if it takes a plethora of steps to do one basic adjustment, or even selecting a layer, in addition to waste time finding documentation online, and fighting the app's connection attempts to who-knows-where, and killing processes that clearly are doing analytics of some kind without consent. When your ready to the next adjustment you forgot your vision or whatever. Subscription promise the newest features and whatnot but in reality it just makes software get bloated or decoy UIs are forced upon users so publishers can justify the subscription, e.g; Microsoft Office. What you do get fresh out of the oven is their newest data collectors to train their feed their marketing and AI. And I do really mean fresh because they're buggy, lazily written for Node, etc. And you get to pay monthly for that! And pay again in energy use/battery service life. And pay again with your data.
BTW, how come "Works Offline" is a feature? NO! Don't accept that as a perk, it must be a f**king must.
On the other hand, Serif has online features now too. We're learning nothing.

It's been great. Been using for several years as the primary vector design tool. There can be a learning curve for this product, but it's worth it.
Been using Adobe Illustrator for yers and it works great! My only concern is the price of the licence...
Illustrator has been spiralling downwards for years. All adobe seem to do is add useless "features" but do nothing to address the glaring speed and bug problems that this creaking old relic is full of. There's a bug where the mouse gets stuck if you're using a Wacom that has been open for more than a DECADE! The Auto-trace function is like soemthing from the 90s—because IT IS! If you can find an alternative, do.
that I like and I want to Know about Adobe Illustrator And learn about that
