Canva ProSuite launches alongside Affinity 3.3, its biggest photo editing update yet

Canva has introduced Canva ProSuite, a new design suite grouping Affinity, Cavalry, Flourish, Leonardo.Ai, and Canva under one professional lineup. The apps remain separate and independently downloadable for now, with Canva planning deeper interoperability over time. The broader launch includes more than 100 new features, with Affinity 3.3 standing out as what Canva calls its biggest photo editing update yet.

Affinity 3.3 significantly expands Raw development with 9 new adjustments for color, sharpening, and image detail. A new Presets system lets users save settings and reuse them across other files, including panoramas and focus stacks, while new tools address mixed lighting white balance and motion blur. The update also adds spline based hue and saturation curves, expanded color controls and object selection options, plus a dedicated astrophotography Studio for separating stars, removing backgrounds, and revealing faint details while preserving highlights.

Canva plans to add native file exchange across ProSuite apps, including Adobe InDesign imports, Capture One and DaVinci Resolve workflows, Affinity content in Canva Sheets, and support for opening Affinity documents in Cavalry. Affinity 3.3 is free on Windows and macOS, as is Cavalry, while Canva AI tools available inside Affinity require a paid Canva subscription.
