Google releases Android Auto 10.0 with new redesign of the Google Assistant UI
Google has released Android Auto v10.0 in its stable channel, following a couple of updates in the beta version.
This new version does not come with an official changelog, but it is primarily focused on enhancing stability and improving existing features such as the new UI named Coolwalk, Dark Mode, DND, Digital Key, and several others. Additionally, Android Auto has recently introduced support for new features specifically aimed at Electric Vehicles (EVs).
The latest stable version includes a redesign of the Google Assistant UI, which now aligns more closely with its mobile version. Previously, Google Assistant was shown as a black bar with an Assistant logo on the side. This logo has now been removed. Instead, users will see Google's company colors at the bottom of the screen, lighting up as text appears when they speak.
