Google Meet now works on Android Auto with audio-only meetings

Google Meet is now available on Android Auto, allowing users to join meetings directly from their car's dashboard with audio-only participation to support safe driving.

This feature is enabled by default for all Google Workspace and personal account holders using the Google Meet app on Android phones.

The rollout is expected to complete for all users by June 26, 2026.
