i'm trying GNOME instead of KDE on openSUSE linux (KDE had crashes maybe from video driver issues on hp laptop) & i'm glad to find a yakuake replacement b/c it makes programming & many other tasks so much more awesome

Almost everyone thinks Guake terminal is a great Yakuake alternative.



yakuake emulates the behaviour of quake terminal (drops down). this does no such thing.
