Comments and Reviews
I’m fully satisfied with Wrike from day one since I’ve started to use it! The support is amazing and the tools are an improvement over any other project management software my company has used in the past.
I. Why Wrike is better
II. Dislikes
And since it is the only software, which could force your business to work like a Swiss watch (but of course with your help only :-) So don't let the price discourage you from using such an awesome application.
Wrike's templates and ease of use allowed us to roll it out quickly. It's had a great impact on being able to communicate to customers the impact on the timeline due to their delays.
We're now going to roll out the integration with Jira. We've already implemented the integration with SFDC which works well.
Wrike has a lot of great features, but depending on how many users you have, it can be very expensive, as the price scales based on that, as well as what features you want. My company is working on a tight budget, so we wanted something that was "all in one solution" feature-wise, and could be had for a basic flat rate. After some searching, we found a tool called SuiteDash, and we have been very happy with it. SuiteDash handles all of the features we need, including billing, managing projects, and CRM, and it's all for a reasonable monthly fee. If you are in the market for something similar to Wrike, but need something to better fit your budget, I would highly recommend checking out SuiteDash.
After working with Excel and other sheet based tools I have to say that Wrike is changing my life. Love it!
My favorite aspect of Wrike is the idea that a task can not only be assigned to more than one person, but also "live" in more than one folder. That is invaluable when you are working with marketing, design, copy, operations, development and company partners all on the same task or project. There is so much flexability and simplicity at the same time. It has really increased our productivity and ability to react to changing market patterns.
I have used several project management programs and Wrike by far has the most capabilities and features. I would recommend it to anyone.
I use Wrike to manage my teams' progress, track tasks, perform analytics--it's the best I've used yet.
