Choose a pre existing template or create your own by adding any topics and aspects you want to cover. Select or create a bot and amend any questions or responses. The chatbot and the conversation are all customizable and you can simply drop in any metrics you want to measure such as Net Promoter Score. You can also ask questions around emotion in order to more deeply understand how your customers are feeling.
Once you have created your conversation you can upload your customer invitation data which can also include any personalized data you would like to add that can then be referenced within the conversation such as customer name, order number or a date. The customers can then complete the conversation at a time that suits them and you can view the results in real-time as well as see deeper insight and actionable feedback from a range of dashboards.
