It shows forms like Typeform. It creates a website that transitions from question to question (ranking, text, multiple choice, etc.) with the user.
It is built like creating a Notion document. Has conditional logic and lets you use user input in questions.
Also it's FREE. (you can't customize colors/fonts/styles in general unless you upgrade to PAID)
You can now change colors and other options using a free Tally.so account.

The design is quite minimalist and sleek, similar to Typeform, and it has a multitude of useful integrations such as Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Google Sheets, etc.
I really like Tally forms. Everything you need to create beautiful forms is included in the free account.
It was a little confusing -for me- making my first Tally form. Unlike something like Google Forms, Tally Forms requires you to link your forms to a Notion database (--if you are using Notion-).
Tally is built on top of Notion though so I figured it out.
4/5 stars only because the documentation could be better. The product overall is 5 stars! Since I can't give a 4.5star rating.. FIVE STARS!
Tally is the best budget friendly forms, and it's super scalable for when you need to grow. No nonsense 100 (or 10) responses limit and super high quality. Really intuitive.
