What is Trinity Forms?

Trinity Forms is a WordPress form plugin that ships the whole builder for free. You can build forms two ways — a dedicated drag-and-drop Visual Builder with undo/redo and 12 ready-made templates, or the Gutenberg block editor you already know.

The free version includes 20 field types, uncapped conditional logic (show, hide and skip fields with all-of / any-of matching and eight operators), native entry storage in your own WordPress database with a searchable admin list, CSV export, a results report that turns any form into a survey or poll with quiz scoring, email notifications with merge tags, spam protection (honeypot, time-trap, and your pick of Cloudflare Turnstile, Google reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha, plus optional Akismet), per-form and global data-retention controls with GDPR export/erase wired into WordPress' own Personal Data tools, and a views-to-submissions analytics funnel. Unlimited forms and unlimited submissions, with no phone-home.

Pro adds payments (Stripe, PayPal and Mollie via hosted checkout), CRM and marketing integrations plus an HMAC-signed webhook, an AI form generator using your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, a guided one-question-at-a-time mode, advanced fields (file upload, signature, repeater, calculation), save and resume, PDF export, and entry-to-post creation with a front-end submissions table. Pro is flat from $49/year — the year-one price is the renewal price — with a one-time lifetime option.
