WinSize2 features a very unintuitive GUI design!
It can also be quite fiddly to get the correct windows registered, but once you understand what's happening, it's perfect!
Does exactly what it claims to do and it's reasonably lightweight (~3mb RAM) for running hidden in the background. Once you've got the .ini setup for your profiles, WinSize2 is also portable which is great if you're switching between desktop and laptop a lot.
It's also got a few extra features like saving your network settings and desktop icon positions.
Best of all it's free and open source, so you can modify it to whatever special needs you require!
For a better UI experience however, check out ZMover - setting up windows is much quicker and easier to organise.. but you'll have to pay $20 for the privilege.
