Comments about Brave as an Alternative to Vivaldi
It is way more privacy focused, but also much, much less customizable with many missing features
I think Brave can be a good option if you like crypto and it definitely has some similarities but in terms of customization it lacks behind Vivaldi.
In terms of privacy I think they are on a similar spot and one think I actually like is private windows with Tor Browser integration.
Most users think Brave is a great Vivaldi alternative.
- Brave is Free and Open Source
- Brave is Security-focused

At their core, both Brave and Vivaldi are descendants of Chromium. But Brave is FAR more committed to protecting privacy. It blocks ads and trackers out-of-the-box, it's faster and Private tabs use Tor for anonymous browsing. Brave is also fully open source (Vivaldi is kinda, but includes a lot of 3rd party cr*p) and doesn't have the normal nasty EULA.
