What is Privacy Browser?
Privacy Browser protects your privacy by disabling features like JavaScript, DOM storage, and cookies that are used by websites to track users. Settings can be adjusted by domain and on-the-fly to enable these features when needed. In addition, Privacy Browser incorporates the EasyList block lists, which block many tracking technologies even when JavaScript is enabled.
Privacy Browser currently uses Android’s built-in WebView to render web pages. As such, it works best when the latest version of WebView is installed. In the 4.x series, Privacy Browser will switch to a forked version of Android’s WebView called Privacy WebView that will allow for advanced privacy features.
Features: • Tor Orbot proxy support. • SSL certificate pinning. • Full screen browsing mode. • Night mode.

Comments and Reviews
An excellent open source Android browser for people serious about their privacy and their right to not be tracked everywhere they go online. Most other browsers are just modifications of Google's Chromium codebase or Mozilla's Firefox codebase; but this browser is unique. I'm pretty sure it does use Android System WebView (as most Android apps need to use that.) I recommend Bromite system webview as a replacement to Google's system webview. Bromite removes Google's built-in trackers and also blocks ADs. That is unrelated to this great browser though!
I've used (and I liked) Firefox Focus (Android "privacy" browser... but it reports everything to an Amazon server even after you opt out of sending data analytics.)
This browser (Privacy Browser) doesn't have the best UI (User Interface; although it has improved over the years.) But this browser is legit about privacy (one of a few, especially for Android.)
This is my most-used app on my phone. Is it missing things? Sure. But, is it light and fast? Yes.
Privacy Browser is a humane app for browsing an inhumane, broken web.
Per-site settings and easy user-agent switching are awesome.
Huge respects for the developer, Soren Stoutner. Trust the guy a lot
The best privacy browser for android without any scroll issues like firefox
