This renamed itself to DeskScope. It launches a DeskView. "Now compatible with Windows 11" Minimized and maximized windows are not visible on the Desk View. It resizes windows and moves windows with an overall and imprecise method, but that still might be helpful. DeskView starts rather small, but can be resized from the lower left corner. This might actually be helpful in situations when windows hide behind others like when using auto-sizers such as WorkspacerWM.
