Timill

Timill is an adaptive operations platform that brings people, processes and data into one place. Most work management tools ship with a fixed data model — tasks, boards, cards — and your process has to bend to fit. Timill has no fixed model. You define the item types, fields, statuses and relationships that match your real work objects: a production order, a lease agreement, a maintenance request, an inspection, a contract.

The result is one connected system that mirrors how your organisation actually operates, in real time, on web and mobile.

Real-time, everywhere Every change is reflected instantly for all connected users. Native iOS and Android apps give field and shop-floor teams full access — create and update items, comment, and receive push notifications from anywhere. No refresh, no re-sync.

AI Wizard Timill's AI Wizard helps with the workflow design phase — learning how your team works and suggesting the item types, fields, statuses and relationships that fit your process. Useful when you're starting from a blank page or formalising something that currently lives in spreadsheets.

Deployment and integration Run Timill on shared cloud, a dedicated cloud instance, or fully on-premises. On-premises deployment is Docker-automated and needs only a server and MongoDB — the footprint is light enough that it has been tested on a Raspberry Pi 2 with 10 users and 20,000 items. A REST API supports bidirectional integration with existing systems, and Excel import/export is available for migration. Security includes SSL encryption, two-factor authentication and role-based access (Administrator, Member, Guest), with custom roles, SSO and a configurable AI provider on Enterprise.
