Really a scam. You can create a timeline with limited features, that is fine. But then you cannot edit it unless you pay. Sorry, but that is a scam.

A really good tool that is extremely limited by its free version. The paid subscription version is expensive. (<100$ a yr), and there are other similar tools that offer similar functionality for a reduced price. However, this is one of the most intuitive and user-friendly tools that I have found.
Quite good, but really scummy pricing. The free option should either be more inclusive and allow for construction of one full timeline with restrictions only on styling and such, not the current absurd restrictions it imposes.
OR reduce price. Simple. I actually laughed out loud when the pop up came up with the prices. Here's a hint, remove the "day" subscription and drop the rest of the prices by one category i.e. a year should not be any more than $20, or charge per timeline or something idk but it's actually criminal how expensive it is right now. As someone desperate to make a timeline with export functions, I'm not desperate enough to pay this much.

Time.Graphics has a good service providing all the timeline tools I have been looking for such as being able to add specific date entities, time periods, and customise the look of them as I desire. I think about buying an account.
