If you want a basic PDF viewer, this will probably fit the bill. It's simple and ligthweight. I used to use Foxit Reader, and found Okular to be a good FOSS replacement.

While the MuPDF library is very lightweight, this reader is more a proof of concept than a lightweight GUI. The MuPDF download is about 70 Mb, Sumatra is less than 10.

270 files for a "one format pony", that's in NO WAY the alternative of SumatraPDF handling dozens of formats using just one portable.exe

While Sumatra shines with speed , Lector is slow and de-loads pages when it goes out of focus

Extremely barebones, missing and incomplete features like page-at-a-time scrolling, bookmarks and context menus. It's like a beta version. It functions... but unless you're on a raspberry pi or something and need the light weight, just opening files in your browser is more functional.
