What is Resend?
With Resend you can see who is using your product (the user's region, browser, local time etc.) and makes it easy to personally communicate with them through targeted, behavior-driven in-app messages.
All you need to do i include a code snippet on your website, and the Resend help widget will appear, which users can use to interact with your support team. You're able to group/segment based on user actions and data (engagement level, last seen etc) and you can use this to send automated and in-app behavior-driven messages.
Furthermore, we gather a range of metrics and analytics to give you valuable insight into how well you're supporting your customers etc
