What is PrimoCRM?

PrimoCRM is a CRM and email marketing plugin that runs inside a WordPress site. Contacts, campaigns and automations are stored in the site's own database, and there are no per-contact fees.

Features include unlimited contacts with lists, tags, custom fields and an activity timeline; one-off campaigns designed in the Gutenberg block editor with open and click tracking; multi-email drip sequences; a drag-and-drop automation canvas with If/Else branching and timed waits; opt-in forms; and an importer for FluentCRM and CSV with rollback.

Emails are sent from a background queue through the site's own SMTP server or provider. The core plugin is free and GPL-licensed on WordPress.org. A paid Pro add-on adds a visual email builder, A/B subject testing, WooCommerce abandoned cart recovery, premium SMTP providers, advanced reports, an AI action and agency white-label.
