EntryVault information
What is EntryVault?
EntryVault turns WordPress form submissions into a working CRM, without sending your data to a SaaS. It captures entries from 11 form builders — Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Forminator, SureForms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, WS Form, Everest Forms and Trinity Forms — auto-detecting which are active, with no shortcode changes and no field re-mapping.
The free version gives you a drag-and-drop Kanban board with a default New / Contacted / Qualified / Won / Lost pipeline, colour-coded tags, threaded notes with a full activity timeline, owner assignment to any WordPress user, bulk actions, replying to a lead from inside their card with the thread kept alongside the submission, dashboard reports (by stage, by source, daily volume, funnel conversion, time-in-stage and per-owner), CSV import and export where re-importing the same file never creates duplicates, a public submissions table via shortcode or block with capability or token-gated access, and a health screen. Entries are unlimited.
Pro adds an automation engine (triggers such as new submission, stage change, tag added or reply received, against actions like email, webhook, Mailchimp, MailerLite, set stage or assign owner, with AND/OR conditions), email reply tracking over IMAP across multiple inboxes, Mailchimp and MailerLite integrations with HMAC-signed webhooks, multiple pipelines with per-pipeline access control, auto-tag rules and round-robin owner assignment, historical backfill of past entries, and a public Kanban board block. Pricing is flat by site count with a one-time lifetime option.
Your data stays in your own WordPress database — no SaaS, no telemetry. Requires WordPress 6.2 or later. Free version on the WordPress.org plugin directory: https://wordpress.org/plugins/entryvault/
