This app is based on the profound idea of scheduling tasks into you Google calendar. I think this is the best way to work and designing our days. This is how Google should have match Google Tasks and Google Calendar. You can set up projects, add tasks and schedule the tasks into your calendar. Then you go by your day and events and tasks will come. You can either work on them or redesign. It is a great way of sequentially working and being able to focus on what you ought to do. I was looking for an app just like this. So I was really happy to find it. Over the last year it has come a long way and the iPhone app has developed a lot. I believe this app is somehow under appreciated.
I started out using Plan for my personal productivity needs and I loved the fact that your to-do lists live side-by-side with your calendar. I jot down a few to-dos at the beginning of the day and then just drag them onto the calendar to plan time to work on them. And having two-way sync with my Google Calendar means I can see all of my meetings right there next to my tasks
After many months of gushing about Plan to my teammates, I finally got them to join me on Plan! Now, we've got our 7 person part-remote team in a Plan workspace, and it's honestly made my life so much easier. I can instantly see what my teammates are working on and what their schedules look like, which is a godsend for our team that used to have to check in on each other over Slack every 10 minutes.
I've barely gotten started, but i Love that you can schedule in working time for a task without having to set the due date.
I like web app, but the iOS app need a lot of improvement.
It lets you schedule exactly when you should do the task. Only thing stopping me from a five star is the lack of a tagging system.
Plan has a great interface, simple and I use it quite a lot, but there's one thing that needs to be changed on this page: it isn't completely free! It's freemium. Any team with three or more people requires $9.99 for every extra person! Now I am going back to Asana.
