    I think Youtube is better because of more content, just remember to use a privacy respecting app/extensions to watch Youtube with.

    Although YouTube has a lot of content, it's corporate owned (Google), and collects a lot of data about its users. PeerTube is P2P and uses the BitTorrent network.

    There's still good creators on there. But they keep making changes their userbase complains about. It had gotten to the point where I used a bunch of extensions/scripts just for youtube before switching over to third party clients exclusively. Yeah, there's also the privacy issue. But everyone on youtube already knows that.
