What is MySwitcher?

MySwitcher is a free keyboard-layout correction utility for 64-bit Windows. When a completed word looks as if it was typed with the wrong layout, the app can replace the characters in place and switch the active keyboard layout to the detected language.

It supports Ukrainian, English, and Russian as separate input languages. Ukrainian is a first-class language with its own dictionary and context-aware handling for ambiguous Ukrainian/Russian words.

Users can undo an unwanted automatic correction, teach the app not to repeat it, convert the most recent word or selected text manually, and create per-application profiles. A terminal, IDE, game, or another app can be set to manual-only mode without disabling MySwitcher everywhere.

Layout decisions are made locally. Typed text, passwords, and clipboard contents are not transmitted. Optional de-identified usage statistics can be inspected as the exact JSON report and disabled in settings.

MySwitcher is free for personal and work use. It is proprietary software, not open source.
