KeePass is a superb, open-source password manager, but with no native Mac counterpart. MacPass tries to fill that gap in the market. Currently in beta.

The best KeePass alternative that I've been able to find for macOS. Runs natively which can't be said for some other macOS compatible options for KeePass.

Genius invention. Doesn't store your passwords anywhere; it generates them everytime you put in the same Master password and username/website domain. Therefore, your password database can't be hacked - it doesn't exist. However, it's harder to change passwords for accounts because you have to use the iteration feature. Test it to see if it suits your needs. Thumbs up for open source also.
