DDG is consistently updated, dependably private, (take a look at your privacy report if you’re on IOS iPhone ??) and if one is so inclined to persistently tweak settings, options, and perhaps, experiment with the variety of DDG urls; they offer multiple search parameters, ie, DDG Lite, DDG html, etc. One can get relatively creative, especially with DDG Bangs! Don’t forget about instant answers with DDG’s (almost current, yet affective) LLM’s.
