We have been using Intellipool Network Monitor (INM) since version 1.4 (before it was called INM). They have never stopped innovating and extending its capabilities by evidence of the addition LUA scripting allowing the creation of custom monitors (beyond the many 'out-of-the-box'). Scalability has been no issue going from 15 to over 1000 targets with over 7500 monitors. Remote gateways extend the reach past the local network into DMZs and across WANs and will hold gathered information in the event the main server is not available.
A number of other well-known monitoring systems have been assessed since the implementation of INM into our facility, but none have provided the ease of use, extensibility and customer relations offered by Intellipool. Overlooking this product during a monitor tools evaluation would be an injustice to your IT environment.

Simply the best, most flexible, network monitor available. After struggling with GFI's buggy Network Server Monitor for over 2 years with no new releases (or bug fixes), we finally decided to switch to Intellipool. It was the best decision we ever made. They offer tons of built in monitors, plus the ability to script your own if need be. They are also VERY responsive to customer feedback and put out frequent releases with new features.
