Gravit Designer is a feature-rich vector graphics tool. It is an installable desktop application. It is also a within-browser application for those who prefer this. It has every design feature this writer is aware of within Inkscape, without the recent issues.
Gravit Designer vs Inkscape opinions
nikteslaIncredible app. High quality app. Completely Apple UI design, elegant and very simple to use. I really like it and it's free.
Nice app with better ui ! and better color theme
Free program with same functionality and updated looks. Workflow is more streamlined, according to some. Available in the browser as well as on the desktop, both portable and installer versions are available. Covers all the bases!
ElTortugaIt's free as Inkscape is which is very important so maintaining that quality is a must. (This excludes Adobe and other commercial alternatives). Less buggy than Inkscape and better UI. The UI is particularly better due to its dark theme, I'm not a fan of software that is bright and tend to code with a black background.
KillyMuch much better UI, once you find where to change color theme.
Affinity Designer is the fastest, smoothest, most precise vector graphic design software available. Built from the ground up over a five-year period, every feature, tool, panel and function has been developed with the needs of creative professionals at its core.
Affinity Designer vs Inkscape opinions
Affordable price and better interface than Inkscape.
Affinity is an established product with the possibility of growth backed by a company. While Inkscape is open-source software, updated by volunteers. For now, I'll stick with Affinity but I'd prefer to work on Inkscape if only it could make the same usability quality jump that Blender did with its 2.8 update.

Draw lets you produce anything from a quick sketch to a complex plan, and gives you the means to communicate with graphics and diagrams. With a maximum page size of 300cm by 300cm, Draw is a an excellent package for producing technical drawings, general posters, and much else.
LibreOffice - Draw vs Inkscape opinions
LibreOffice draw is good for schemes, but not for what Inkscape does - Inkscape is a graphic design tool, not a scheme creator.
Open Source vector graphics editor can create SVG files.
LibreOffice Draw is a very simple drawing suite. It may be sufficient for many, but not sufficient to be declared an alternative to InkScape.
