One of the few, if not the only extension that clearly states it REFUSES cookies by default, and simply don't accept them if it can't be done otherwise. It's been a bit unmaintained for a year so don't expect newest websites to be covered, but it still works for many other websites ! Hopefully someone will take on the work of OhMyGuus and continue maintaining this wonderful tool :)

The EU regulations require that any website using tracking cookies must get user's permission before installing them. Imagine how irritating that becomes when you surf anonymously or if you delete cookies automatically every time you close the browser.
In most cases, it just blocks or hides cookie related pop-ups. When it's needed for the website to work properly, it will automatically accept the cookie policy for you (sometimes it will accept all and sometimes only necessary cookie categories, depending on what's easier to do). It doesn't delete cookies.
Said about I still don't care about cookies as an alternative
ISDCAC is a fork of IDCAC that popped up after Avast plastered itself all over the former extension. This one is actively free of any shady sponsoring, and refuses all eunnecessary cookies, as it should.
ISDCAC refuses all unnecessary cookies by default, and does it seemlessly.
It's an FOSS alternative to IDCAC and users can contribute to the project as they wish
