Really easy, but with lots of options product. Everything is logical. if there is a need to create more complicated customer support flow - it's also possible with HelpCrunch. Their customer support is always very helpful and thinks of solutions with you. Best value for their price.

HelpCrunch is a best solution for our customer support.

We've looking from alternatives Intercom. We saw Helpscout and Crisp. HelpCrunch became a best solution for our customer support: Helpcrunch became a 7 x cheaper solution for our customer support compared to Intercom.

They don't have a help desk yet. But I was told they will soon.
