Guidejar stands out as a user-friendly and cost-effective solution for creating interactive product demos and guides. Its AI-powered features and customization options make it a valuable tool for businesses aiming to enhance user onboarding and reduce support inquiries. However, for those seeking more advanced functionalities or specific features, exploring alternatives like Guidde or MagicHow may be beneficial.

My first impression was not 10/10. App still has some minor UX issues and bugs. But after several months using it (and looking at roadmap, updates, changelogs) i see that Guidejar team is really doing good job releasing new features and bugfixes every few weeks. I've also realized that this platform helps me to resolve some real "tutorial for client" or "onboarding guide" needs. I created many useful guides, embeded some of them in self hosted "client portals" and general reception was great....

Most of what is needed is available in this area. I can do it easily. I can do most of the things I want to do without difficulty. It could be perfect with a few updates. The support team's response rate is not bad ,serves its purpose

I've also realized that this platform helps me to resolve some real "tutorial for client" or "onboarding guide" needs. I created many useful guides, embeded some of them in self hosted "client portals" and general reception was great. Clients love this kind of step-by-step materials, and making them is really quick and fun. Another nice thing is transparent bugs/feature requests portal with voting and commenting - and you can see that owners really read them and listen to people. My feature request to add pasting images from clipboard was implemented in 2 days!
