GGKeeper

GGKeeper is a free Windows app that keeps your PC games at a similar volume.

Some games are far louder than others the moment they launch. GGKeeper detects a game when it starts, begins a little quieter, measures the game's loudness, and then sets that game's volume in the Windows volume mixer. Every game ends up at about the same level, and the result is remembered for next time.

• Automatic game detection. No setup per game.
• Adjusts once after launch and then stays fixed, so the game's own dynamics are untouched.
• Chat mode makes the current game even quieter with one key.
• Per-game exclusions and manual volume.
• Only changes that game's volume. It does not touch the system volume, other apps, or the microphone.
• Does not inject into games, and does not record or send audio.
• English and Japanese.
