The Five9 Supervisor App for iPad duplicates key features of the desktop Five9 Supervisor application (monitor, listen, barge, and chat) along with starting and stopping campaigns to an easy-to-use iPad application. Supervisors can multi-task, effectively managing their agents and contact center from anywhere, and increase floor time coaching agents.
