Much better features than Google Docs. Has an interface similar to Medium.com's article composition page.

Ironically it's not as centered around physical paper printing as Google Docs is, which I have always found annoying. I have printed a Google Doc maybe once.

Google products are all stagnant, I don't know what their gazillions of programmers spend all their time doing.

Great interactive instruction in the beginning so you learn fast and it's easy to use.

What is Dropbox Paper?

Dropbox Paper is more than a doc—it’s a workspace that brings creation and coordination together in one place.

KEEP EVERYONE ORGANIZED With Paper’s task management tools, you can assign to-dos, add due dates, and mention people—right from inside the doc.

GIVE AND BETTER FEEDBACK Annotations let you add comments to a specific part of an image, attributions show you who’s added what, and emoji help you strike the right tone. Feedback: now with more fun.

TAKE THE "MEH" OUT OF MEETINGS When you connect Paper to your calendar, it makes it easy to find the docs you need for each meeting. Don’t have a meeting agenda yet? Use Paper’s smart templates to create one.
