You can export your current user/pass from LastPass or Bitwarden and import them into Keepass with little effort. Keepass is super secure as it reside with you, not on the cloud. mine is configured on my harddrive and I use a plugin to back keepass up automatically to dropbox / thumd drive when I close the software. Worth the tiime to set up.
Keepass only works on windows installs, its not a client-server solution. It uses a static password file. Its a 90's esque design for a thick client with a dedicated standalone database
calenderKeepass only works on windows BUT you can use keepas with cross-plotform support. Because Keepass has forks like KeePassXC, KeepassDX, Strongbox, KeeWeb. So you can use on android-ios-windows-linux at the same time. Also is can usable as client-server solution. You can upload .kdbx file to your dropbox google drive etc. and sync between devices.
seliosIt's a bit more old-school, and relies on plugins and third party OSS projects for some features, but all in all, it does most of what Bitwarden can do and much more.
kostyaThere is no sync between devices, data is only saved on the local files
