If you look at ArchiCAD as a CAD drawing system, then there sure are alternatives, but as a Building Information Modeling system, only Revit is in the same category and up to the same level of refinement.

BIM alternatives to ArchiCAD are Autodesk Revit, Nemetschek Allplan, Nemetschek VectorWorks, Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Bentley Architecture, Gehry Technogies Digital Project.
