Jusbecause apple products are reliable
iWork is an okay office suite. It has more compatibility issues than most other office suites and saves all your files in the proprietary iWork formats, which is a severe headache to anyone who moves to a different OS, or simply shares files with others.
Apple seems to care more about the design and making it look nice than actually building in any useful functionality.
