We believe that if your computer keyboard doesn't ask for internet access, neither should your mobile keyboard. FUTO Keyboard is a modern keyboard app with voice input that is completely offline and never connects to the internet, in order to ensure your privacy and security.

FlorisBoard is an open-source keyboard aimed at providing you with an easy way to type while respecting your privacy.

Love the style and the clipboard, has that GBoard look and functionality with a lightweight package. Only problem it has is the fact that it lacks autocorrect, suggestions and dictionaries and I'm praying that the developer does this thing and finishes it first and foremost, plugins can wait.

OpenBoard is a 100% foss keyboard based on AOSP, with no dependency on Google binaries, that respects your privacy.

It supports multiple languages on one layout.

Like the style and functionality but clipboard is less to be desired. If you copy or cut more than one thing it only saves the last thing you cut or copy unless you pin it. Another thing that annoyed me is how unfathomably weak the autocorrect and the suggestions were, lot to be desired

Super lightweight (~ 1/3 MB) yet flexible and powerful soft keyboard. Plus an English plugin still less than 1 MB. (Swype ~15 MB, Minuum ~18 MB, Google Keyboard ~15 MB, Swiftkey ~8 MB, TouchPal ~ 8.5MB)

LeanKey Keyboard is a software keyboard for Android-based TVs and set-top boxes.

This is THE alternative for AnySoftKeyboard and GBoard and Swiftkey that is currently being updated. The customisation, clipboard, dictionaries, suggestions, etc. are great. Only issue is the weight because it's hefty right out of the gate and trying to have a familiar feel with it.
