unlike all other duplicate finders and removers, this one can make shortcuts or hardlinks to duplicate files, which saves space, yet keeps files in place, useful for keeping same structure (game and app data, web pages, music, video, lists), yet saving space
Many other duplicate finders can do that, too, at least jdupes, Duplicate Cleaner Pro and CloneSpy certainly can.

Full of features, but lacks proper UX vision. It's confusing at first why would you have all these process modes and options to work with selected or non-selected files, highlighted or non-highlighted ones, expanded or collapsed groups. There are options to expand groups based on file selections or select files based on groups. Then there is a separate concept of filters, which again allows you to show groups based on a selection. I enjoy advanced power tools, but the basic workflow should not be so convoluted. The app needs a coherent workflow vision, instead of throwing all the possible operations at a user just in case they want to process deselected files within collapsed groups. But at the end of the day it does what it says.
Rubbish. Won't let me select subdirectories for an external drive.
Settings location was kinda unexpected. A lot of click work.
Lots of search options with multiple types of file hash however that is where the positives end. I selected 33 files to delete and attempted to delete them but it spent 6 minutes and 15 seconds before I cancelled it after which not one file was deleted! It is so incredibly slow that I simply would not waste any further time on this software. I suspect that was the reason for making it freeware because you need patience longer than an ice age to delete any files.
Two stars alone for the search options.
