Front introduces several features like AI Translations, AI Assist & new Ticketing System

Front has introduced a suite of AI-powered features, such as AI Translations, AI Assist, and AI Prioritization, which collectively aim to improve response times and accurately manage customer inquiries. A new flexible ticketing system has also been unveiled, allowing teams to efficiently track and resolve complex customer requests with real-time tracking and customizable ticket statuses.

AI Assist provides suggested replies and key conversation details to customer service agents, while AI Prioritization uses AI tagging templates to sort inboxes by urgency. Integration with tools like the Jira Connector facilitates seamless data synchronization and workflow automation. The introduction of AI Compose supports the creation of multi-language help center articles, and a native CSAT feature allows for immediate customer feedback. Dynamic branching has been implemented to enhance chatbot interactions, and improved workflow automation through updated macros allows teams to automate actions across various systems, including third-party platforms like Shopify. Pre-built connectors for JIRA, Highway, and Tai further simplify integration processes, offering particular benefits to logistics and 3PL companies.
