Apple just released the first set of Apple Intelligence features for iOS, iPadOS and macOS

Apple has released the first set of Apple Intelligence features for iPhone, iPad, and Mac users with the latest updates: iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1. Apple Intelligence leverages the capabilities of Apple Silicon to enhance language and image processing, streamline app interactions, and utilize personal context for task management.

The initial features include tools for refining writing, summarizing notifications, mail, and messages, an enhanced Siri experience, and the Clean Up tool for removing unwanted objects from images. These features utilize on-device processing, ensuring that many of the underlying models operate locally on the device.

Additionally, users have the option to enable ChatGPT integration within Siri, Writing Tools, and Camera Control. More Apple Intelligence features are anticipated in December, with further enhancements expected in the subsequent months.
