I can't say I'm a fan of the UI change, with today's typical bubbly Fisher Price toy style rounded corners everywhere. But, at least it can be switched back to the way it was. Hopefully they don't remove that option. It is Mozilla, though.....

I'll pass on Apple's overpriced walled garden. I also prefer Linux. :)
So far, I'm not impressed. There are basic features that Audacity has had forever like "mix stereo down to mono" and the ability to set certain preferences that aren't even included in the program yet. It's like they hurried up and shipped out a beta version. The ability to change colors of the track you're working on is nice, but it's a shame the color schemes they provide are all pretty putrid looking. Also, I'm not thrilled they waste UI space trying to get you to use "the cloud".
I've been using Brave for several years now, and I didn't even realize it had it's own screenshot tool. They have all manners of bloated crap turned on by default cluttering up the UI, but they had a useful tool turned off and buried in the damn settings. Smh.
Good riddance. Nobody asked for the creepy little jizz blob in the first place.
Unhook Works great for removing a lot of the unrelated bull crap that comes up in a YT search. Just click "remove inapt search results". BlockTube is also a godsend. It allows you to block channels and videos by choosing them individually or by keyword. "Tweaks for Youtube" is also another great extension, which strangely isn't listed on here.... Sort of unrelated, but ...
Seriously? The inability to move the taskbar would be near the bottom of the list of "features" I'd have a problem with if I were being forced to use Winblows 11.
Why does everything today have to have the bubbly, rounded corner look? Not everyone wants their OS and the programs they use to look like a Fisher Price kid's toy.
Gee, it was so worth having RAM and SSD prices double just so we can have AI do this kind or retarded crap.
You mean most people don't want the music they hear to be some soulless, computer generated slop....? There may actually be some hope for humanity yet.
Cool, but I've been completely blocking shorts with a browser extension pretty much since they (unfortunately) became a thing.
Sorry Gulag / Screwtoob, ads are one of the main reasons that I've all but stopped watching TV. And that came long before they became data collection (spyware) devices. I will NEVER connect one directly to the internet. Especially not just to see more f'n ads!
