What is Zoro.?
Zoro is a kanban task app for one person, not a team. No collaborators, no sharing, no per-seat pricing — just your tasks on a board, with a limit on how much you can start.
WIP limits cap the number of tasks in progress. Three priorities (P1–P3) and S/M/L effort sizing keep planning fast. Tasks age visibly, so stale cards can't hide. A weekly review is built around cutting: keep less, finish more, delete freely. Finishing a task is a quiet strikethrough — no streaks, no confetti, no gamification.
Two spaces keep Personal and Business work separate. Zoro is local-first with no account and no backend server; data syncs through your own iCloud.
Free includes unlimited tasks, unlimited projects, and iCloud sync. Pro (2.99 per month, 19.99 per year, or 59.99 once) adds a weekly-review insight engine with history, trends, and stats, plus subtasks and custom statuses. Every new user gets a 14-day Pro trial.
Native on iPhone and Mac, with a web beta usable in any browser. Live on the App Store now.
