YArooms is a web based booking software package that makes it easy for you to manage rooms and resources and to book a room anywhere, even if it is in a different time zone or location
With a granular permissions system, your workforce can easily see what is available, where and when. YArooms takes care of the double booking issue
Worth the cost.
Pros: Having all bookings in one place, very straightforward even for people that are not so tech-savvy.
Cons: We experienced a couple of issues over time but managed to solve them really quickly with the support for YArooms. Some of them were our mistakes, but they helped anyway.
Overall: At first we considered this an expensive product, but we now see how valuable it is and how much time we save! Very easy to use, user-friendly, gives us a lot of features to play around with depending on what we need!
This is what we needed, even if we didn’t know we would need some of the features (like booking equipment). In the end they became very very useful. Worth the money!
An advice for new users, take time to really get familiar with YArooms, use the help resources cause you might get lost in some features but they are sooo helpful!

YArooms has been such a great help for us and our students. Easy to use, it helped us in so many ways and the communication with YArooms team was great. We needed some help with using the tools but both their help section and their customer support agents were really helpful. 5 stars!

The cost is resonable and it's easy to use.
YAromms made my life very easy in managing over 30 rooms. I took time and set it up with all rooms and resources we have as we often move one thing from one room to another. Now that is all set up it’s great to use in our fast paced environment with people going in and out of meeting all the time.
Pros: I implemented it before started scaling so it was just really easy to use it as everybody had time to get used to it. At first it was a bit expensive, now we realize it was a great idea to use it early!
Cons: I think that I might not be the most technical person, even if I manage the office I have a background in a small company HR. I had a few questions and needed help in using YArooms and probably sent a few too many emails to their support team and it sometimes took a long time for feedback.
Overall: In the last year we scaled really quickly so a lot of changes happened. We were really comfortable with not having any system for managing our 2 meeting rooms but now moving to 5 meeting rooms, 5 interview rooms, and loads of other resources, YArooms really helped in the transition. It was recommended by a friend and I am really happy that I started using it right from the beginning.
