What is Naboro?
Most room booking tools assume one organisation owns the rooms and everyone booking them works there. In a building with several tenants that falls apart. Six companies sharing three meeting rooms means six separate Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace domains that can't see each other's calendars.
Naburo skips the integration problem entirely. The building runs one booking system, tenants sign in and use it, and no one has to grant access to their own calendar to get started. Tenants that later want bookings mirrored into Outlook or Google Calendar can connect their workspace themselves.
Usage is tracked per tenant company. It's free to start, and paid plans are a flat fee per tenant rather than per seat.
