DS4Windows is no comparable program to Xpadder, but still an awesome program to use your PS4 Controller for PC.

DS4Windows adds PS4 Controller support to Windows, which is not what Xpadder does. Xpadder rebinds buttons on a controller which Windows already has support for.

Xpadder turns joypad (and joystick, steering wheel, etc) input into keyboard or mouse output. X360ce turns similar input into XInput output, enabling recent games (which nearsightedly assume Xbox controllers are the only thing that exist) to work with the other hardware. But it won't help for games that have no joypad input to begin with, and doesn't have as advanced a remapping system.
