It is FREE and open source, not commercial. It is as good as Xpadder - profiles, any key remapping and etc.
A great solution to using your computer while lounging. I also use a bluetooth keyboard for typing but this I believe is better than a bluetooth mouse. I recommend binding buttons to the next and last tab commands in your web browser, as well as opening and closing new tabs.
