AIMP is a spiritual successor of Winamp, with similar UI, but with modern features, full Unicode support, CUE files support etc.

AIMP is nice and also supports all the global hotkeys and most of the needed functionalities. But compared to WinAmp it sucks when it comes to management of playlists. There is no easy way for managing playlists within AIMP like in WinAmp. The Music library also only supports single files and storages. So where I can I still use a 5.x WinAmp. But I also haven't found a better alternative to WinAmp than AIMP.

Clementine has Last.Fm integration, better visual aesthetics (in my opinion,) song fingerprinting for tag finding, and it's cross platform.

This player is phenomenal but I can't recommend it due to how the creator has locked the Windows version behind a Patreon subscription. If you're a Linux user, then yes, go for it because it's incredible. However, if you're looking for an open source alternative to Winamp for a Windows PC, don't support this garbage decision.
