WayDroid Alternatives

WayDroid is described as 'Waydroid uses Linux namespaces (user, pid, uts, net, mount, ipc) to run a full Android system in a container and provide Android applications on any GNU/Linux-based platform'. There are three alternatives to WayDroid for a variety of platforms, including Linux, Self-Hosted solutions, VirtualBox, VMware Player and VMware Workstation. The best alternative is Android-x86, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like WayDroid are Anbox (Free, Open Source) and Phoenix OS (Free).
