Rufus only flashes one iso at a time. Not quite an alternative.

Rufus doesn't allow for multiboot as Ventoy does, and isn't available for GNU/Linux.

Rufus is not a multi-boot solution. It's an alternative to dd, not ventoy.

Although it supports Windows, GNU/Linux and macOS, it doesn't allow for multiboot, as does Ventoy.

BalenaEtcher allows a person to burn the ISO image on a USB, creating a bootable USB drive. You can copy ONLY 1 ISO file at a time. With Ventoy, you just copy the ISO files to the USB Drive, boot from the Ventoy USB and reload any ISO file you want. You can have 50 bootable ISO on the same drive, something you CANNOT do with balenaEtcher.

It is Ventoy-aware, and at times the one can do what the other can't. Either can be installed on top of the other, as the E2B website documents well.
